Welcome to Vinora (“the App”), a bilingual wine discovery application for iOS developed by Rodrigo Luque (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Developer. The App is distributed exclusively through Apple’s App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
You must be at least 17 years of age to use Vinora. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The legal drinking age varies by jurisdiction; the App does not encourage or facilitate the purchase or consumption of alcohol.
Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Vinora offers the following in-app purchase options:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes) account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen subscription tier.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any price increase through Apple’s standard notification mechanisms. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. The Developer does not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
The App allows you to create and store user-generated content, including but not limited to wine ratings, tasting notes, and taste profiles (“User Content”). You retain ownership of all User Content you create.
By submitting User Content to the App, you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others. The Developer reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, icons, and all associated content (excluding User Content), is the property of the Developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The name “Vinora” and its associated branding are trademarks of the Developer.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Educational purposes only. Vinora provides wine information, recommendations, and tasting guidance for educational and entertainment purposes only. The content available through the App does not constitute professional sommelier advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any wine data, ratings, or descriptions presented in the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE DEVELOPER (THROUGH THE APP) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that the Developer deems harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account within the App and uninstalling it from your device. If you have an active subscription, be sure to cancel it separately through iOS Settings to avoid further charges.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website, with the revised effective date shown at the top of the document. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. The Developer is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Bienvenido a Vinora («la App»), una aplicación bilingüe de descubrimiento de vinos para iOS desarrollada por Rodrigo Luque («Desarrollador», «nosotros» o «nuestro»). Al descargar, instalar o utilizar la App, tú («Usuario» o «tú») aceptas quedar vinculado por estas Condiciones de Uso («Condiciones»). Si no estás de acuerdo con estas Condiciones, no debes utilizar la App.
Estas Condiciones constituyen un acuerdo legalmente vinculante entre tú y el Desarrollador. La App se distribuye exclusivamente a través de la App Store de Apple, y su uso está también sujeto al Contrato de Licencia de Aplicación (EULA) de Apple.
Debes tener al menos 17 años para utilizar Vinora. Al usar la App, declaras y garantizas que cumples con este requisito de edad y que tienes capacidad legal para aceptar estas Condiciones. La edad legal para consumir alcohol varía según la jurisdicción; la App no fomenta ni facilita la compra o el consumo de alcohol.
Ciertas funciones de la App pueden requerir que crees una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de cuenta y de toda la actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta. Te comprometes a proporcionar información precisa, actual y completa durante el registro.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento directamente dentro de la App. Tras la eliminación, tus datos personales se eliminarán de acuerdo con nuestra Política de Privacidad.
Vinora ofrece las siguientes opciones de compra dentro de la App:
El pago se cargará a tu cuenta de Apple ID (iTunes) en el momento de confirmar la compra. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que la renovación automática se desactive al menos 24 horas antes del final del período de facturación vigente. Se cobrará en tu cuenta el importe de la renovación dentro de las 24 horas previas al fin del período actual, al precio del nivel de suscripción seleccionado.
Cualquier parte no utilizada de un período de prueba gratuito, si se ofrece, se perderá cuando el usuario adquiera una suscripción.
Puedes gestionar o cancelar tus suscripciones en cualquier momento desde Ajustes de iOS → [tu nombre] → Suscripciones. La cancelación se hará efectiva al final del período de facturación en curso; conservarás el acceso a las funciones premium hasta entonces. No se ofrecen reembolsos por períodos de facturación parciales.
Los precios de las suscripciones pueden cambiar periódicamente. Se te notificará con antelación cualquier incremento de precio a través de los mecanismos de notificación estándar de Apple. Si no estás de acuerdo con el nuevo precio, puedes cancelar tu suscripción antes de que el cambio entre en vigor.
Todos los pagos son procesados por Apple. Las solicitudes de reembolso deben dirigirse a Apple de acuerdo con su política de reembolsos. El Desarrollador no tiene la capacidad de emitir reembolsos por compras realizadas en la App Store.
La App te permite crear y almacenar contenido generado por el usuario, incluyendo, entre otros, valoraciones de vinos, notas de cata y perfiles de sabor («Contenido del Usuario»). Tú conservas la propiedad de todo el Contenido del Usuario que crees.
Al enviar Contenido del Usuario a la App, concedes al Desarrollador una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y libre de regalías para usar, almacenar y procesar tu Contenido del Usuario únicamente con el fin de operar y mejorar la App.
Te comprometes a no enviar Contenido del Usuario que sea ilegal, difamatorio, obsceno, fraudulento o que infrinja los derechos de terceros. El Desarrollador se reserva el derecho de eliminar cualquier Contenido del Usuario que viole estas Condiciones.
Te comprometes a no:
La App, incluyendo su diseño, código, gráficos, logotipos, iconos y todo el contenido asociado (excluyendo el Contenido del Usuario), es propiedad del Desarrollador y está protegida por leyes de propiedad intelectual, derechos de autor y marcas registradas. El nombre «Vinora» y su identidad visual asociada son marcas del Desarrollador.
Se te concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para utilizar la App con fines personales y no comerciales de acuerdo con estas Condiciones.
Solo con fines educativos. Vinora proporciona información, recomendaciones y guías de cata de vinos únicamente con fines educativos y de entretenimiento. El contenido disponible a través de la App no constituye asesoramiento profesional de sommelier y no debe utilizarse como sustituto de orientación profesional.
LA APP SE PROPORCIONA «TAL CUAL» Y «SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD», SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO, ENTRE OTRAS, GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN PARTICULAR Y NO INFRACCIÓN. EL DESARROLLADOR NO GARANTIZA QUE LA APP FUNCIONE SIN INTERRUPCIONES, SIN ERRORES O DE FORMA SEGURA.
El Desarrollador no garantiza la exactitud, integridad o fiabilidad de los datos, valoraciones o descripciones de vinos presentados en la App.
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE, EL DESARROLLADOR NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE NINGÚN DAÑO INDIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, ESPECIAL, CONSECUENTE O PUNITIVO, INCLUYENDO, ENTRE OTROS, LA PÉRDIDA DE DATOS, LA PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS O LA PÉRDIDA DE CLIENTELA, QUE SURJAN DE O EN RELACIÓN CON TU USO O IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USO DE LA APP, INCLUSO SI SE HUBIERA ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS.
EN NINGÚN CASO LA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL DEL DESARROLLADOR FRENTE A TI SUPERARÁ EL IMPORTE QUE HAYAS PAGADO AL DESARROLLADOR (A TRAVÉS DE LA APP) EN LOS DOCE (12) MESES ANTERIORES AL EVENTO QUE DIO ORIGEN A LA RECLAMACIÓN.
El Desarrollador se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar tu acceso a la App en cualquier momento, con o sin causa y con o sin previo aviso, si infringes estas Condiciones o realizas una conducta que el Desarrollador considere perjudicial para la App, otros usuarios o terceros.
Tras la terminación, tu derecho a utilizar la App cesa de inmediato. Las secciones 7 (Propiedad Intelectual), 8 (Exención de Responsabilidad), 9 (Limitación de Responsabilidad) y 11 (Legislación Aplicable) sobrevivirán a la terminación.
Puedes dejar de utilizar la App en cualquier momento eliminando tu cuenta dentro de la App y desinstándola de tu dispositivo. Si tienes una suscripción activa, asegúrate de cancelarla por separado a través de los Ajustes de iOS para evitar cargos adicionales.
Estas Condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de España, sin tener en cuenta sus principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier controversia derivada de o relacionada con estas Condiciones o la App se resolverá ante los tribunales de Madrid, España, salvo que la legislación de protección al consumidor de tu jurisdicción disponga lo contrario.
El Desarrollador se reserva el derecho de modificar estas Condiciones en cualquier momento. Las Condiciones actualizadas se publicarán dentro de la App y en nuestro sitio web, con la fecha de entrada en vigor revisada indicada en la parte superior del documento. El uso continuado de la App tras dichos cambios constituye la aceptación de las Condiciones revisadas. Te recomendamos revisar estas Condiciones periódicamente.
La App puede contener enlaces a servicios de terceros o integraciones con ellos. El Desarrollador no se hace responsable del contenido, las prácticas de privacidad ni las condiciones de dichos servicios de terceros. El uso de dichos servicios es bajo tu propio riesgo.
Si alguna disposición de estas Condiciones se considera inaplicable o inválida, dicha disposición se limitará o eliminará en la medida mínima necesaria, y las disposiciones restantes permanecerán en pleno vigor y efecto.
